Eating in the morning helps you stay awake and be energized throughout the day until lunch. Sometimes you won’t be able to eat breakfast in the morning and that’s ok but don’t make it a habit. Eating a healthy breakfast could include eggs, ham, cereal or toast. If you don’t have time to make breakfast you can always make something the night before and then heat it up in the morning. Eating a good breakfast, lunch, dinner and getting a good night’s rest can improve your day-to-day activity and contribute to you being more alive and healthy. Here are some on the go breakfasts that are healthy and affordable: #1 DIY healthy to-go breakfasts 1. Get a mason jar and fill it with your favorite yogurt 2. Get some applesauce and empty it out so you have the plastic bowl. 3. Fill the bowl with your favorite yogurt toppings and put the mason jar cap on it 4. Put the yogurt and the bowl together and you have a mason jar and topping to-go breakfast #2 DIY healthy to-go breakfasts (Do this the night before) 1. Get a mason jar 2. Fill it with oatmeal and your favorite milk and extra filling to put in the oatmeal 3. Put the jar in the fridge 4. Leave it overnight 5. Take it out of the fridge and you’re ready to go and you can either leave it cold or heat it up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes Some foods aren’t DIY related like making a bagel with cream cheese, cereal and bananas or making different flavors of smoothies.
